Allison De La Cruz is the co-founder, creative owner, and Co-CEO of Bushido Legacy Films, where she works alongside KAIZEN to guide the company’s creative direction, business development, and long-term growth.

She also serves as CEO of Dog Mafia Entertainment, the entertainment and intellectual property company established to support the ownership, development, management, and licensing of original creative properties.

Through these complementary roles, Allison helps oversee a growing entertainment enterprise that brings together original storytelling, film production, intellectual property development, and opportunities across multiple media platforms.

Allison’s creative partnership with KAIZEN is rooted in a shared passion for original storytelling and the ambition to build an independent production company with a distinctive identity.

As a co-creator of the TATIANA franchise, she has contributed to story development, character refinement, creative planning, and the preparation of professional development materials. Her involvement helps shape the narrative and creative direction of projects as they move from concept toward production.

Together, KAIZEN and Allison are developing Bushido Legacy Films as a creative home for original motion pictures, compelling characters, and cinematic worlds with long-term franchise potential.

DOG MAFIA ENTERTAINMENT

As CEO of Dog Mafia Entertainment, Allison leads the company’s broader entertainment and intellectual property strategy.

Dog Mafia Entertainment is intended to serve as the ownership and licensing company for original intellectual property developed within the Bushido Legacy Films creative enterprise. Its scope is designed to support a broad range of entertainment opportunities, including motion pictures, television, streaming, gaming, animation, publishing, merchandising, and other forms of interactive and digital media.

This structure allows original properties to be developed as long-term creative assets while supporting their potential expansion across multiple platforms.

Allison  brings a diverse and dynamic background to the film industry, combining her expertise in psychology, martial arts, and nonprofit leadership. With a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Arts and a Master of Science in Psychophysiology, she has a deep understanding of human behavior, emotion, and the mind-body connection elements that enrich her approach to storytelling and character development.

She has trained in Kouchi Kali Kar System, Tae Kwon Do, and Japanese Karate, earning a Black Belt Shodan. She also serves on the Board of the Scout’s Legacy Foundation, a nonprofit dedicated to helping train Service Dogs. Allison currently resides with her family in Honolulu, Hawaii.
